Family Memories

The holiday season is the one time each year where families get together on several occassions to catch up, eat good food, and all be together. The little ones are out of school, and the college kids leave all of their friends to travel miles and miles to come home; whether it's on a plane or in the car, to spend some quality time with loved ones. If they're lucky, they'll sneak in a few loads of laundry and get a few really good home cooked meals.

This past September, Nancy Gilbert's oldest daughter, Sarah, went away to UCSB for her first semester. Her mom, Nancy, had gotten a few family portraits taken at Visual Photography while she was home in San Diego where they were just recently delivered. VP's owners, Daniel & Stacey Canfield ventured over to find the perfect spot to hang them...

Now, Nancy and her family are able to see they're loved one everday while she's away at school, and its also shared amongst their friends and family that come into their home.

An Visual Employee from PHS!

Hey All!

This is Katie, a senior at Poway High School and an employee at Visual Photography. I've worked here for several years now, and I'm so happy to finally be a senior! Naturally, I had my senior pictures taken here, both in studio and on location at Old Poway Park, and I'm sooo happy with the results! (In fact, I'm willing to share a few!) This year, the yearbooks for all 4 PUSD high schools are going to be really cool and completely UniQuE, because we seniors can put in whatever kind of shot we want for our yearbook pose; mine is from Old Poway Park.

Hopefully everyone was photographed in time for the yearbook deadline, and I hope you plan to order some of your gorgeous pictures to send to all those crAzy friends and relatives! My mom is already handing out wallet-size pictures of me... great. Come VISIT ME in the studio and I'll help you through your order!

Halloween Haunts VP!

We had quite an array of characters come through this Halloween weekend to get photographed for our Costume Craze Theme Day including a baby turtle, a Pink Lady from Grease, Snow White, an Astronaut, a few Pirates, and an entire family from Hogwarts including Harry Potter himself. Recognize these friendly faces...?

Class of 2010 Homecoming!

San Diego definitely knows how to get down on the dance floor! We loved the matching outfits, crazy colors, and party atmosphere! Team VP had a blast photographing San Pasqual, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Westview, Mission Hills, and Escondido High Schools' Homecomings. Next up is Winter Formal and then Prom...
