The holiday season is the one time each year where families get together on several occassions to catch up, eat good food, and all be together. The little ones are out of school, and the college kids leave all of their friends to travel miles and miles to come home; whether it's on a plane or in the car, to spend some quality time with loved ones. If they're lucky, they'll sneak in a few loads of laundry and get a few really good home cooked meals.
This past September, Nancy Gilbert's oldest daughter, Sarah, went away to UCSB for her first semester. Her mom, Nancy, had gotten a few family portraits taken at Visual Photography while she was home in San Diego where they were just recently delivered.
